Friends and Family Test

The NHS Friends and Family Test (FFT) allows patients to provide feedback on their experiences, which is vital in transforming NHS services and supporting patient choice.

Harewood Medical Practice FFT asks patients after every contact to say how likely they are to recommend the surgery to friends and family and the reasons for giving us that rating.

You can do this in one of several ways:

• Reply to an sms text message we may send you following an appointment
• Go to your online account to complete and submit the questionnaire
• Complete a questionnaire card available at Reception.
